Tasks

Your tasks with us:

Layouterstellung in enger Abstimmung mit den Kunden sowie verschiedensten Design-Agenturen, Laboren und Produktionsstätten
Überprüfung der gehandelten Produkte auf die gesetzliche Konformität
Spezifikationspflege in kundeneigenen Portalen
Planung von Laboranalysen und Auswertung der Prüfberichte
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen

Profile

We would like to hear from you:

Completed training in the commercial sector
High customer and service orientation
Very good knowledge of German
Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented thinking and acting
Gewissenhaftes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Flexibilität und Empathie
